Amelia has spent over a decade cooking along Australia's east coast, honing a style that celebrates producers and coastal light in equal measure. At Potand Peppeer, she crafts menus that feel both familiar and quietly surprising.
From the first oysters of the season to the final scoop of house-made sorbet, every detail is guided by her belief that dining should be generous, precise, and genuinely warm.
